Steven Shiou-Chung Chen (Chinese Taipei)

Born in 1944, Mr. Chen grew up in a textile family. With a deeply interest in business administration and management, he had an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. After that, he studied cotton grading at Cotton School, and received cotton business training in the United States. Also, he took executive management course in Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.

Mr. Chen married Laurie in 1971 and has two sons and one girl and enjoys a very harmonious family life. He joined his family’s textile business of Tah Tong Textile Co., Ltd. in 1968.

Tah Tong Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 1958, it is one of the most established textile companies in Taiwan manufacturing of spinning, weaving and dyeing finishing. It has being widely recognized as distinguished pioneer in Taiwan textile industry. Specialize in cotton and cotton blended yarns, woven and finished fabric. Emphasize on technical textile and value-added functional products.
